5 stars all around! Ron’s place is exactly as described - it had literally everything we needed and more. It was so hard to leave! The place itself is absolutely gorgeous, so clean, and the smart house feature was the cherry on top. I found myself saying “wow” multiple times a day every day of our stay because of how impressed I was. The location was amazing as well - close to the beach, marina, and some of our favorite restaurants in Newport. We will definitely be returning!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Surf Casita in Newport Beach! My family and I loved everything about this home and this area. First, the location is perfect, it’s within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shopping, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The home is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and Ron provided plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and linens for the 5 of us. Also, Ron’s communication was great throughout the process. He provided clear instructions for check in and for using the smart features in the home which we utilized, and he also shared great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would recommend Surf Casita to anyone wanting to stay in Newport Beach!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that everything had been thoughtfully prepared.
One of our favorite parts was the patio. It was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything Newport Beach has to offer, making it easy to get around without spending much time driving. Traveling with kids, we especially loved that Marina Park was only about a five minute walk away. Our kids had an absolute blast there, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. The design, cleanliness, airy living room/kitchen made it such that we could have stayed for many more days. Our kids just loved hanging out in the house. Husband loved the sound system/lights/deck. The beds were just as comfortable as home. Everything was so clean and well thought out. Plus location was just a few streets from Newport boardwalk - we rented bikes a block away and biked down to Balboa fun zone.
