How do I check availability for Newport Retreat?
Availability can be viewed on our booking calendar, which is updated daily to reflect current reservations and open dates. Choose your dates and property there to see live pricing and confirm your reservation online.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment details are provided during the booking process.
Are pets allowed at Newport Retreat?
We do not accept pets at this time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and you'll be refunded in full. Cancel 15–29 days before arrival and you'll receive 50% of your total. Inside 15 days, the booking is non-refundable.
What about parking?
We provide secure garage parking for 1 vehicle with a Level 2 EV charger included. Fits a full-size SUV (no tall roof racks).
Are beach essentials provided?
Beach essentials, handled. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler are ready in the garage — grab and go, two minutes to the sand.
What about babies and toddlers?
Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack-n-play, high chair, crib, and baby monitor available on request.
What is the minimum night stay?
The City of Newport Beach requires a minimum of 2 nights for all short term rentals and a minimum age of 25 years to book.
