Perfect comfortable place for family friends and fun for everyone! Positive: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Newport Beach Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! We had an absolutely outstanding stay at this Newport Beach vacation rental and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional cleanliness and meticulous maintenance were immediately evident—this property is truly spotless and extremely well cared for, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed right away. The location is ideal—perfectly situated just outside the busy beachfront crowds, yet offering easy, walkable beach access within minutes. Even better, we were just steps away from fantastic shops, restaurants, and local favorites, making it effortless to enjoy everything Newport Beach has to offer without the noise and congestion. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality towels and linens added a luxury-hotel feel to the stay. Everything was thoughtfully provided and clearly curated with guest comfort in mind. What truly sets this rental apart, however, is the outstanding host hospitality. The hosts were highly accommodating, graciously working with our special check-in requests and even providing a tour of the upstairs unit, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch. Having access to a Tesla charger on site was an added bonus and made traveling with an EV incredibly convenient. This property delivers on comfort, cleanliness, location, and five-star service in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Newport Beach experience. Negative: I wish I would have booked the upstairs unit!! I will next time! The host unlocked the spacy for us to tour at our leisure -- got us hooked for sure!
